Nissi at all times go out of their way to assist resolve these issues within fourty eight (48) hours from the time they were reported and the proper verbal feedback given back to the customer where required.
 
OPERATIONAL COSTS – As we are mostly concerned with creating a mutual beneficial relationship in this special case, Nissi undertakes to carry all the cost involved in supply of its staff to clients in full and also to endeavour the ensure that all our staff is supplied in full uniformity or decent dressing looks.
 
RECRUITMENT COSTS – Nissi Staffing Solutions also goes ahead and cover all the costs related to headhunting and recruitment, the little contribution requested from the client is to provide Nissi with a specific list of needs and qualifications to assist us in our recruitment of a proper fit to business and client systems or standards.
 
WORKMAN’S COMPENSATION – Nissi Staffing Solutions has a professional, qualified and experienced legal expert (Mr Sibonelo Cele (LLB), contacts available on request) who handles all our WCA related issues from claims, procedures to administration.

TRAINING – Nissi cannot sufficiently emphasise the importance of skills and development in a work place, we thus have at heart that we only at all times supply our client with workers that best meet your requirements and standards, and the open communication channel is requested from the client should there be a need that workers need special training.
 
WORKING DAY – To better meet our clients operational needs, the  clock in or out times for our employees will be set out by the client and Nissi only be notified to ensure that the supplied workers will have transport from  work home at the end of the shift.
 
DELIVERY OF WORKERS – Nissi strives to supply ad-hoc staff within less than an hour from the time of order. Pre-orders are covered on any time of your request regardless of the numbers ordered.
 
INCIDENT/ACCIDENT MANAGEMENT – Nissi will complete a full and detailed investigation on any incident/accident, which might be caused by its employee and the feedback given to the client within 24 to 48 hours. We do anything beyond your request in conducting our investigations.

  • Obtaining detailed statements from all parties concerned, including the driver.
  • Investigation of loss incurring incident
  • Detailed feedback within fourty eight (48) hours and full co-operation in any related matters.
  • Disciplinary outcome.
  • Polygraph test are part and parcel in areas where conclusions are impeded
  • Client Investigation procedures could be discussed and agreed upon.
